Romance on BtVS. You want the Episode Guide, not multimedia. (Multimedia is promo pictures.) *Great* collection of Buffy screenshots Seasons 1 through 5 (Seasons 6 and 7 are scanty at the moment) and Angel, all seasons. These shots focus on main characters and recurring characters -- not so many guest stars or monsters -- and still shots where you can see characters' faces clearly; not much action. It's the first place I go when I'm looking for character pics from a specific episode. Traffic is high and bandwidth is low, though, so it's randomly inaccessible.

A Buffy Screencap Site. Very good, almost DVD quality, caps of almost all eps - some missing in Seasons 1 and 5, but she's catching up as they're reshown. She's also filling in Angel episodes as they're reshown, as well as the current season. The only pain in the ass here is that they're all stored on Sony Imagestation, where you have to sign up and get a login ID to view them, and they load incredibly slowly.

Buffyworld. Shots from all seasons of Buffy and Angel. Recent collections are great. Older episodes are a mixed bag - some have the not-great-quality and small amount of pics, that were inherited from the original owner, and some have been redone with very good quality and large number of episode shots.

Buffyguide. Rather annoying popups, but not as awful as some commercial sites have. caps under "Images," "Episode Galleries." Some of Season 3, all of S4, some of S5, none of S6, S7 through "Help." Very good for S4 shots that not everybody else has.

Screencap Paradise. High quality caps of what looks like all Buffy and Angel episodes, plus some dvd extras and various other goodies.
