When a severe head injury causes Spike to regress to a childlike state, Xander ends up taking care of him. This is a fun, slightly fluffy, not-too-angsty hurt/comfort fic with good characterization and an engaging plot.
I like how the writer builds on the growing relationship between Xander and Spike, without descending too far into the fluffy land of Twu Luv. The relationship as it's shown is believable and sweet without being sacchrine or cloying. And if you haven't guessed already, this is one of my favorite stories...
