Parents are so dense. You tell them over and over, and they smile, nod and keep doing dumb things. You say "hey, this is real" and they nod and go back to watching TV. Tell them "this is love" and they don't even hear you at all.

Parents. They don't even speak the same language we do -- I suppose that's why they don't understand. They smile and pat us on the head -- er, figuratively -- because they don't understand what we're really saying. If it weren't for Auntie, we'd have had to grow fingers and learn how to fingerspell.
